Inspections between guests
Between reservations, our turnover specialists will inspect your home with utmost attention to detail to identify any abnormalities such as broken and missing items, damages, etc., before the cleaning staff start preparing your property for the next guest. In case we identified any issue, we will take photos, contact you immediately ,solve the problem with your approval and provide a detailed report so you can take further actions.
Problems happens sometimes and because of that thing called "Murphy's Law", when they do happen, most likely will happen between bookings with very little time to correct the problem.
A late action to correct the problem can impact on your next guest experience which means bad views and lost of revenue. It's VERY important for your success as an Airbnb investor/host that you have a professional, experienced and specialized company watching over you.
